1. Service Area & Availability

Leander Mobile Detail provides professional, on-site vehicle detailing throughout Leander, Texas, and surrounding areas. All appointments are subject to availability and location access. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, safety, or logistical limitations.

2. Booking & Payment

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or by phone. A valid address, vehicle details, and payment method are required. Some services may require a deposit to confirm your booking. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or reschedules. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. We may also reschedule services due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

•Providing safe and legal access to the vehicle

•Ensuring the vehicle is unlocked and accessible at the time of service

•Clearing personal belongings from the interior before service

•Leander Mobile Detail is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

5. Service Disclaimer

While we strive for the highest quality results, the final outcome depends on the condition of the vehicle. Some stains, odors, or surface damage may be permanent or require multiple treatments. We do not guarantee full restoration.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, aging, or wear and tear. Any concerns related to the service provided must be reported within 24 hours of completion. Liability for any service-related damage, if determined, is limited to the cost of the service performed.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, branding, content, and visuals displayed on our website are the exclusive property of Leander Mobile Detail. Use or reproduction of any content without written permission is prohibited.
